- Introduction Welcome to motorsportrollcages.com (“the Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing and using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Products and Custom Orders We specialise in the sale of custom and bespoke roll cages and related motorsport products. All products are manufactured to your specific vehicle and requirements as detailed in your order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, they are unique to your order and cannot be resold.
- Order Process and Payment
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase.
- Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of placing your order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Manufacturing and Delivery
- Lead Times: The manufacturing of bespoke items requires a specific lead time. We will provide an estimated lead time at the time of your order. These are estimates only, and not a guarantee.
- Shipping: We will ship the finished product to the address provided in your order. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other fees that may apply to your location.
- Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
- 7-Day Cooling-Off Period: As a goodwill gesture, you have a period of 7 days from the date of placing your order to cancel it and receive a full refund. This cooling-off period is intended to give you time to reconsider your purchase before we begin the custom fabrication process.
- Order Cancellation: To cancel your order within the 7-day cooling-off period, you must notify us in writing by email to info@motorsportrollcages.com. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your notification.
- No Refunds After 7 Days: Due to the bespoke and customised nature of our products, once the 7-day cooling-off period has expired, or if we have started the manufacturing process at your specific request within this period, your order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. All sales of custom and bespoke items are final after this point.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is delivered to you in a defective or damaged condition, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will, at our discretion, either repair the product, provide a replacement, or offer a store credit. You must provide evidence of the damage, such as photographs, to assist with our assessment.
- Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the product you purchased. You acknowledge that our products are intended for motorsport use and accept all risks associated with their use.
- Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
- Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website.
